Hi - i'm based in the UK and am looking to buy a portable pdf/txt file
reader. I've seen the Sony e-Reader and something like this would
suffice but it seems way overpriced and not available in Europe. Does
anyone know of any lower cost clones? All i'm looking for is

A need to cleanup my HP Jornada touch screen led me to use an alcohol
based liquid to wipe the screen. However, some liquid magically seems
to have entered inside the screen and it no longer responds to my
stylus. Are there any solutions to this problem?

Hi all, I've been given an Ipaq 3630. The unit works fine when it's
connected to the mains, but will not power up when the power plug is
removed from the mains. I've replaced the battery with a brand new
one but the problem persists.

Hey all. I have a palm TX but I don't have my install CD. I downloaded
the Palm Desktop software from the website, but the Media button on
the left side isn't available. Anyone know how I can get this back.
Apparently it is the only way to get to change the background image.

Does anyone know if using an SD card, used through a PCMCIA adapter or
a Compact Flash adapter, would consume more power (if so how big is
the difference) than an equivalent capacity Compact Flash card plugged
directly into a CF slot?
