Somebody hepme!  Heh, um, big problem, no idea how to fix it.  I don't
even know what could have caused it because I didn't do anything
differently than usual.  Just tried to hotsync my Palm and it said the IR
port was locked by another process, only there ISN'T another process!

I have a Palm m505 and its wallet enclosure.
I notice the pin of the wallet points downward as it stabs into the
column on the left side of the Palm.
This must be designed so Palms will occasionally drop to the street,

Is it dual voltage for both the US and Europe? Can the iPaq 2215 be
charged in the UK and Europe with the included A/C adaptor?
Is there software available for PPC 2002 that will be useful on a
vacation such as currency conversion and metric conversion calculators

My battery on my 3870 died and I have just replaced it.  Everything booted up on the limited charge in the new battery but when I have connected it to the mains charger (and the USB) charger there is no amber light and it does not appear to be charging.
Tried soft and hard resets ...

Sorry if this is a stupid question.
But up till now I've been syncing my Palm Tungsten E with my Mac using
the Star symbol on the Palm.
Connected to a new iMacG5, it doesn't work.

ought be able to set it to horizontal viewing, but for  the life of me

I have a Treo 650 and the Blazer browser that comes with it is OK. Tried
Xiino, too, and it's not bad, but I'd like a better Palm browser if it's out

I have a Palm Zire which I use with the palm Desktop Software. I'd really
like to synchronise my address book with Outlook Express or indeed Outlook
so I can take email addresses down on my handheld and transfer info to my

I would like to connect a pda to an instrument with a serial port. At
the moment this instrument is controled by GW basic using a laptop
RS232 port.

Why is this app no longer available on windows' web site? I would very
much like to install WMP on ppc. All my friends that have a ppc say
