HP-65 Standard Pac Software Differences?01 Sep 2008 21:55 GMT-
I've had a couple of 65s for a few years, but just recently noticed one has
SD-01A "Personal Investment" and the other has SD-01B "Day of the Week" as
the first mag card in their respective Standard Pacs.
I had thought the "A" "B" "C", etc. suffixes represented rewrites for bug
What PDA/mobile for ssh use?27 Aug 2008 12:28 GMT-
I'm looking for a PDA/mobile device that I can use ssh on via a data
connection over the mobile (i.e. not just wifi or bluetooth).  What
devices would offer this ability?
I know I can probably do it on the Palm Treo series, any others?

Looking for an IBM PC11016 Aug 2008 11:43 GMT7
I'm looking for an IBM PC110 handheld to buy - preferrably located in
Europe as this avoids annoying taxes. ;)
The computer itself has to be fine - no broken case, fine display,
hardware running stable etc. - but the battery needs not, as it can more

T/X turning on, draining battery05 Sep 2008 03:27 GMT2
In the last couple of weeks, I have found that my T/X has
turned itself on, and remained on until the battery drains
down.  I have the power down set to 1 minute, and I have
watched it stay on for 1 minute, turn off, then turn back on
Palm III.  Can I still get a 3.5 or 4.1 upgrade.04 Sep 2008 13:47 GMT8
I have an old Palm III, that I want to use as a DataLogger for my car.  I've
found the relevant cables and software, but it needs a minimum OS of 3.5.
It looks like Palm pulled these upgrades a long time ago.
Are there any alternate sources.

installation.

I've been a big DateBk fan for years.
I've migrated to the iPhone, but I still sync an old Tungsten E|2 to

ssh on a Treo 680 (or similar)27 Aug 2008 14:35 GMT3
Is it fairly easy to get a version of ssh to run on a Treo 680?  Given
that and a mobile data connection I can the presumably access the same
places that I log in to from my home computer using ssh.
Are there any better solutions for mobile phone ssh access?  That is

5MX won't turn off automatically anymore04 Sep 2008 04:53 GMT1
My Psion 5MX threw a bit of a wobbly recently and stopped responding.  I
thought it was a gonna, but after taking all the batteries out one last
time and putting in a new backup battery it seemed to have come back from
the dead.
