I'm looking for a PDA/mobile device that I can use ssh on via a data connection over the mobile (i.e. not just wifi or bluetooth). What devices would offer this ability? I know I can probably do it on the Palm Treo series, any others?

I have an old Palm III, that I want to use as a DataLogger for my car. I've found the relevant cables and software, but it needs a minimum OS of 3.5. It looks like Palm pulled these upgrades a long time ago. Are there any alternate sources.

I recently downloaded PODS, Garnet OS Development Suite, ver 1.2.1.02. Installed on my Vista home premium, which already have Cygwin -- thus skipping installation of Cygwin when I ran PODS installation.
